Ekwonu hire than Neal as well. Interesting.

Good to see Raimainn, McBride, Cine and Tolbert on this list. I also like Harris at LB.

DJ should get a shot at GM like Mayock did in the NFL.

Why would DJ want to be a GM though? He has the easiest job in the world as a pro mock drafter/analyst. There's zero accountability in his job. He can pretty much do/say whatever he wants prospect wise and if he's wrong, nobody cares.

Saw his name come up a few times in various circles. Maybe just random speculation.

Isn't the earning potential magnitudes more as a GM than as a pro mock drafter/analyst?

I have been stumping for Cine at 33 (among plenty of others), but according to DJ we should be hoping for Daxton instead. Either way, the safety of the future next to Cisco is going to be really high on the BAP list for 33.

Possibly, but a quick google search says DJ earns around $1m-$1.5m per year from the NFL. If that's the case, I'd say he's doing just fine as is.

It's more along similar lines of "those who can, do; those who can't, teach"

It's one thing to study film, write up analysis and post mocks for a TV network. It's another to dive into the waters and have your work either cause you to sink or swim. Nobody is going to look back on a 6-year old mock and think, "Man, that network analysis was a GENIOUS!" But if that guy takes a GM job and his work gets a team to the SB, there will be a lot more review and praise for his darfting/management acumen.

Sometimes it's about more than money, especially once all the bills are paid and your future is tooken care of.
