Disagree about Poz.  I think he's much better than many give him credit for.

 Sorry.

I meant MLB.

Has to be LB depth.
No weakness and No Limits.  The offense is gonna be worlds better than last year.  Blake should take a big step this year but he may not have to.  With better blocking up front, better targets in the passing game, and an improved rushing attack, Bortles probably doesn't have to be Dan Marino to win games.  Just finding that comfort level, minimizing mistakes, and growing within the offense will made a huge difference on the scoreboard.

Defensively, I expect to see Gus Bradley's vision come together.  The D has played well in spots but has still given up a lot of points and yards.  I want to see stretches of domination.  I think the secondary will be the most improved part of the D, with A. Colvin standing out as a young star.  I also think the D-Line can improve over last year.  There's a lot of depth there still and some new blood.  LB I'm not as sure about but if Telvin keeps getting better and Skua can play, we're probably in good shape there.

I'm gonna go with lack of 3 pools in the stadium.

Right now the weakest part of our team is confidence.  It is not easy to shed the 'find a way to lose' pall that hangs over the team.

In game 1 this season, we have to come out of the box like we did last year, only this time, FINISH them off.  And forget protecting leads at all this year.  Look to score on EVERY possession.  We need to win one of our first two games by THREE scores, and be looking for the fourth.  It is not enough to win when you have the monkey on your back.  Choke them AND drown them.  We need to make our opponents go crying to their mothers.  Embarrass them...then follow it up in week 2.

I don't want to see any jumping up and down sessions..  No celebrations..  Celebrate by taking it to them, knock them out of their helmets.

FORCE THE ISSUE.  Prove it to ourselves by proving it to them.  Don't just expect to win, expect to dominate.

What we can expect is that EVERY team that plays us EXPECTS to beat us.  That puts us at a severe disadvantage.

The first quarter of the Eagles game last year was the best I have felt as a Jaguar fan in 15 years.  We can do it.  We can win as a team.  I could care less what our final record is going to be.  I want to win the opener.. by a big margin.

<p style="margin:0in;">Give me a break, I'm not one to make excuses but you really have to give Blake a pass last season, he wasn't even supposed to play. I'd like to see any QB survive behind that joke of an "offensive line" last season, throwing to the likes of an ineffective Cecil Shorts, an undrafted rookie in Allen Hurns, an inconsistent and often banged up Marqise Lee, and a TE "duo" of Marcedes Lewis and Clay frickin Harbor, with the incompetent Jedd Fisch orchestrating the offense, Blake didn't play well but there's not a QB in football that would’ve had success with those circumstances.

A Freakin Man and i think people are mad because he didn't throw td's in garbage time like Derek Carr and played mediocre on a loaded team like Teddy Bridgewater. Go root for them if you like their upside and watch me and others be right when the first time in a while a qb for this franchise gets to play with a actual NFL roster. Hell Blaine Gabbert sucks like no other qb i ever seen and he had to work with trash during his tenure here. My point is no qb will look good will a roster that isn't NFL ready.

Aren't we supposed to wait until at least after game one to throw the coordinator to the wolves?

Their record

Every position is a weakness until it proves otherwise.  Oline gives up 71 sacks, opposing receivers galloping over the middle wide open all day, our receivers can't get separation, drop balls, etc.  I think asking what the position of strengths are would be a shorter list until they prove otherwise.

Quote:Bortles had one of the worst rookie seasons EVER.  Henne isn't the answer.  QB is weakest position right now, until Bortles takes the next step or ten.
Playing behind one of the worst lines ever and a revolving door of injured rookie receivers...lol

Pfft...  I'm already mad at next year's #2 overall selection pulling his groin kissing Goodell on the podium.  Honestly, I cannot figure out the OC pick...  I couldn't figure out the last one either fwiw.

I want to be wrong btw..  but I just don't see it happening.
