True franchise QBs are so scarce that if you have a mediocre QB you have to pay him like an MVP or risk losing him and starting over in draft and develop mode. But when was the last time a high draft pick QB turned a franchise from a perennial loser to a perennial winner? Matt Ryan in 2008?

I don't have any Henne obsessions. You are the one who loves him as the Jags back up and the first one to come in if Bortles has to come out of the game. I just happen to think the Jags can do better then Henne as Bortles back up, that's all.
