Orlando seems stuck in an NBA mediocre purgatory. Bad enough to miss the playoffs. But good enough to miss out on the top couple players.

The Magic have talent in Harris 'Dipo Vuc and Payton starting
They need a offensive coach who can help mold this team together
They have been a 20-25 win team in a terrible conference. I don't see it. And certainly not with Skiles as the coach.
I'm hoping Skiles can find a spark in Orlando. It makes me mad they didn't wait for Thibodeau to be let go before looking into that possibility, but hopefully Scottie Skiles can bring that magic back that he brought to the team when he played.
