This is not good PR for the organization.

 

They're giving free tickets to a scalper for preseason games, then writing those off as military donations?  Classy.

 

I know other teams use brokers to deal with their unsold inventory, but how many of them are claiming sellouts when that's not true?  I know the Jags won't do that, and when they did block purchases to avoid blackouts in the past, they didn't bury that information.

 

 

 

 

Interesting, but not uncommon. If I remember correctly the media in Denver was up in arms about the Nuggets doing something similar

 

EDIT: But if you want a soldier's perspective, using the military like that is messed up.

The only reason I dislike the tacks and their fans is the fact that they exist. If they worked on that, I'd like them alot more.

that not withstanding, using the military in this manner is outright unethical imo. :pinch:
