Jaguars signed seventh-round WR Neal Sterling to a four-year contract.
Sterling set records at Monmouth, but he displayed below-average athleticism and speed at his Pro Day. He's likely a long shot to make the 53-man roster, but could have some value as an H-back-type who plays multiple spots. May 13 - 12:25 PM
