And everyone was complaining about DC after the Fowler pick lol
Tweet from Dane Brugler (@dpbrugler) - Instant reaction: I loved what these 5 teams did in the 2015 NFL Draft:

1) #Jaguars

2) #Vikings

3) #Falcons

4) #Browns

5) #Chiefs

Easily falls into the B+ A- range on paper...
How in the hell did Greene fall all the way to the fifth round?

Some love from CBS sports ranking the Jags as the best draft class of 2015.

I can guarantee you that us using these analytics that other teams aren't quite embracing yet is a huge way that we are finding late round talent. I love it.
This Jags draft class does seem to be getting a lot of love from around the NFL people.

The better the Jags draft the hotter Gus' seat gets.

We really need to see some serious improvement in the Jags this season, as compared to last season.

We NEVER EVER heard anything close to this draft class praise from the old GM's drafts.

Come on man, a third round punter was genious! I know Gene was loving it when NE took a long snapper, he would have grabbed him in the 2nd though. Just to be safe.

lol, yeah, but on the bright side, he is still on the team and number 1 on the depth chart at that.

Can't say that about many of Gene Whiffs draft picks, can we?
I gave it a B, only because we came up empty at some positions we could have used depth.  Otherwise, solid is about the worst way you could describe it.

Oh I know. I actually really like Anger too. He gets a lot of flak bc of where he was drafted, but can't really blame that on him.
First three picks I was thinking "nice work Dave".  Now taken as a whole, one of the best drafts the Jags have ever had.

If Bortles is the QB he appeared to be last preseason, this can't possibly beat last year's draft. Even if Bortles turn out to be a bust, last year's draft was excellent.

I gave it a B-...As I am not sold on Fowler or Yeldon personally.
It's seems good so far. We'll see how it all works out.

Best draft in jags history

Not to derail this thread, but I don't think I've ever seen Anger put a ball out of bounds on the one yard line. Not only did Gene burn the pick, but Anger isn't even very good at his job to begin with.

That's why it was such a bad pick he had to be a hof punter to even be worthy of a 3rd rounder
