Caldwell is known for doing the unexpected with his first pick, so if Williams is still on the board when the Jags are on the clock and there's no trade down, they'll take Cooper.

Cooper is kind of expected now though.

Wasn't it pretty much a foregone conclusion that we'd take the OT that the Chiefs didn't take in 2013?

I don't think anyone knows what to expect at this point.  Especially based on what could transpire ahead of the Jags.  Cooper is considered one of the safe picks, but if you're looking at a situation where you've got Williams and Cooper on the board, most "experts" would expect the Jags to take Williams.

No, not really. I mentioned Joeckel leading up to the draft and got flamed. The Jags Twitter lemmings in particular.
