What would you consider their actions? I know that I consider them felonious. I also know that the laws on the books consider these actions as textbook felonies. Some may get lucky and get some liberal schmuck as a prosecutor, in which case they will skate with a slap on the wrist. There's a fine line that makes a criminal act a felony vs. a misdemeanor. It would all depend on the individuals and the individual crime that they are charged with.
