Seemed like there was not much talk about him even before this injury.
Not on these boards no, but he's in the 4-6 WR range for pretty much everyone. Mostly seen as a late 1st rounder. I wasn't as high on him as most but he could be a real nice value for someone if he drops a round or two.
One would think he would he better off getting the surgery done immediately. If he does he should be fully healed by the time training camp rolls around.

I know where he's ranked. I would be surprised if this drops his out of round two
He's just doing it to get attention.
I wouldn't mind if he fell to us in rd 2 and Dave pulled the trigger on him. Strong has a very high ceiling and has the potential to become a stud WR in the league

Arizona State WR Jaelen Strong is disputing a report that he may need wrist surgery.
Strong calls NFL Network's report "old news," and says he's "fine." Strong admits he suffered a fractured bone in his wrist last November, and "played five games with it." NFL Network had a report last year that Tre Mason needed surgery. He didn't have it and went on to become the Rams' starting tailback as a rookie.
