Quote:The ideal scenario would be the Cleveland Browns trading up (giving the 12th,19th, and their 2nd round pick) for Marcus Mariota, the Jags can then select a Leo at 12, either Gurley/Gordon at 19, Philip Dorsett/Tyler Lockett with one of their 2nd rounders, and maybe a guy like Paul Dawson/Eric Kendricks with the second 2nd rounder, I'd be ecstatic if Dave pulled this off.

The Leo candidates will all likey be gone, meaning we've yet again passed on elite talent, for guys who may be very good.

People's obsession with "more picks! More picks!" is off the mark, at least this year. You only get the chance to select elite talent so often instead of very good.

Agree. Huge drop off after the first 6 or 8 picks in my opinion.
Not to mention the NFL Network host stated that Minnesota would probably want a 1st round pick and two 2nd round picks for AP & that AP would want a bigger contract with the signing team.

For a guy that his ACL repaired, then had the best year of his life but then due to the domestic abuse problem didnt play for a year and is an aging veteran at a position where most RBs dont have great careers over age 30.

I would pass on him no matter how great he will be I wouldnt be sorry about it, because I wouldnt want to pay so much money to a guy that could do that to his own son.

Minnesota wants a 1st and 2 2nds for Adrian? Bwahahhahahahah not never lol. If he was still in his early 20's, then yea definitely. I wouldn't trade more than a 5th for him; and that would be pushing it. He's staying in Minnesota most likely; unless they both wake up and get over themselves. Pass..

GO JAGS!!
