Quote:They mad new england look like the underdogs and then the comeback story of the new year. same thing the NBA did with the cavs.

cavs down 3-1

new england score 31 unanswered.

not a coincidence.
Yeah....Idk why...But I really have a hard time arguing against this...

As silly as it sounds " " NFL rigs Superbowl".

I just can't wrap my mind around Atlanta collapsing like they did.

It just makes no sense.

And it makes NFL football a lot less appealing to me.

Simply because it proves that regardless of how far fetched a scenario is for a comeback.

Even if it looks like the final score should have e been 80-21 Atlanta...

The absolutely unbelievable can happen.

I mean.... Atlanta has no excuse for that epic collapse. It almost has to be rigged. doesn't it?
Nope. Not at all. Atlanta got too comfortable. And dropped the ball.

No team for any money. Would intentionally lose.

Wait a minute.

The Falcons mostly lost due to bad play calling on offense, especially on their last drive when they just needed a field goal to put it away.

Sure, usually, almost always, you want to win.

But suppose someone tried to pay off Kyle Shanahan, and earned Shanahan's trust that the thing would stay secret.

Why wouldn't Shanahan take the money?  He already has a job lined up for next year, and not with the Falcons.  What does he care?
Because if ever was proven he lost intentionally. No fa would go to his new team.

And he would of been playing with grown men lives.

You have to be kidding.
Yeah...somebody had WAY too much to drink last night.  Better go sleep that off.

Its called the National Fixed League for a reason. what do you think NFL truely stands for.

You need to stop talking to your dad about football.

Why yes there is, it's called the mouse, click and scroll feature.

In all seriousness though. Anything is possible in the NFL. Sometimes a team's fortune can change with just one or two lucky draft selections or free agency signings.

I overheard in a game earlier last year that, and I may have the count wrong but it was somewhere along the lines of there being at least three or four different teams each year in the play-offs.

Eventually we'll ascend again. Just like the Raiders did. Just like the Bengals did. Just remain patient and hang in there.

Whatever about the super bowl. I'd be over the moon if we won 7 games

7,8,9 be progress. The 2-5 have to go. Tired of picking top 10.
Did anyone see the NBC sports new article about the drone flying around the Falcons private Superbowl practice. I don't know how true it is but if it is wouldn't it be soo funny if that was the patriots? wouldn't surprise me.

Is this really a thread? #pathetic
