He said what sounded good, and I guess, hoped that Iran would agree? They pretty much denied everything he said.They announced wording on a framework. There is no deal yet not for a couple of months. There is however, a lot of political posturing on all sides. Two things are for sure France is not going to allow a poor deal to happen and the vocal right will despise any deal. Iran desperately wants those sanctions lifted though. It's going to be interesting to watch it play out.
