The move from 3 to 20 would be a swap of 2015 1st round picks. We gain 2015 2nd round pick, 2015 4th round pick, 2016 1st round pick, 2016 3rd round pick, and Mychal Kendricks. This sounds reasonable, might sound like too much but moving down 17 spots and missing out on a blue chip player would hurt. We can draft Gurley or best available DE/OLB.
