Hey democrats. When you are losing elections by a landslide to a guy who choke slams a weaselly reporter through a table don't you think it is time to review your message?

Something like 70% of the vote was early and prior to the assault. He ended up winning by 8 points when trump carried it by 60. It was closer then trumps victory likely due to the remaining vote happening after the assault. He did not win because  the liberal message was bad. He won because he ran as a R in a deep red state who will always vote R despite a person ignoring facts, such as the average age of human life over our history or the age of the planet for that matter. They do this because the GOP has spent decades convincing the rabble that liberals are their enemy. Not fellow countrymen but outright enemies. If you think it's anything else than you are just as much of a rube as they are.

Who ignores the average age of human life? That's not even a topic of discussion. There are those who believe the "biblical" age of the planet rather than the scientific age (Muslims moreso than Christians) but that's a small minority. Most Christian denominations accept the scientific age.


 

And Montana was not just voting R, they have a Dem governor. Gianforte won because the "liberal" message was bad, at least as viewed by the voters there.

 

You might also want to check into the overall national picture; Republicans own the House, Senate, and nearly twice as many governorships and state houses as the Dems. There is a reason for that, and it's not Russian meddling or Hillary's corruption or even because people are locked into a political party (and that's more the case with Dems where 95% of black votes always go to the D). The Dem message, which is far more Marxist than liberal, is rejected by anyone who values freedom.

You've gotta love the spin when the democrats try to claim a victory because the guy didn't win by the same margin Trump did.

 

Nate Silver said that anything less than a 7 point victory would be considered a democrat victory.  They lost by 8. 

 

The bottom line is that every special election so far that the democrats propped up as a blow to Trump has gone the other way, and there is a ton of national money flowing into these states to try to build up the democrat options.  It doesn't matter that the guy was rich.  There was money coming in from all over the nation for the country singing flake in MT.  The same thing is happening in GA right now, and that special election is in June.  I guess THAT is the democrat stand against Trump now, and much like the MT election, the democrat is leading in the polls.  It's funny how the polling is always wrong in these elections. 

 

Face facts.  Everyone predicted a Clinton win last November, and your girl lost. The expectation was that she would win, and the end result would be a GOP that would be relegated to a regional party.  The exact opposite thing happened, and the democrat party is in heap big trouble right now because it's not just the national elections.  They've lost more than 1,000 elected seats from dog catcher to the White House nationwide.  That's a huge problem because they have no bench.  When you look at the names of the people they're championing now for 2020, it's almost laughable.  Bernie?  Joe Biden?  Elizabeth Warren?  For all the support the party supposedly gets from young voters (who don't vote), they sure do love to trot out relics to lead the party.  Until the democrats fully grasp why they're hemorrhaging seats from the highest to lowest offices in the country, they're in trouble.  

If anyone should be angry at the MSM, it should be the democrats. They were lulled into a false sense of security by their constant biased reporting. The truth was hidden from the democrat masses by wishful storytellers in the media who led them to defeat. The MSM pitched camp up Hillary's colon and were so convincing with their tales that even she believed it and became extraordinarily complacent. I'm far from declaring Fox News as objective, but you folks on the far left need to open your eyes and stop believing everything Rachel Maddow vomits on air. The division in this country is perpetrated far more by the left because they Simply. Can't. Believe. They. Lost. You weren't given the total truth and this is the consequence, and doddering old Nancy Pelosi ain't the answer. The dems need another Bill Clinton. Without the baggage.
