That was still ISIS yes John McCain is directly responsible with meeting, supporting and advocating the training of ISIS.
Who exactly could he have possibly thought anyone was talking about? Either he is the most dense individual in regards to whats going on in the middle east and watches absolutely no coverage of foreign affairs or he knew damn well what was being suggested.
In the medical field, we try to avoid using "medical jargon" when speaking with people outside of the field. The objective is to use terms people are familiar with so they understand what is going on and/or can give informed consent if necessary.
In this video, we see just the opposite. We see a person deliberately choosing to use unfamiliar terms to illicit a specific response from the other individual. In medicine, this would be a form of malpractice. In politics, it's simply trolling.

No one calls a group they support terrorist they call themselves freedom fighters, this isn't some new hidden term.

Can you at least acknowledge the tactic of using less common terms to refer to ISIS rather than actually saying ISIS was done in a way to elicit a response that would have been given if the term ISIS had been used because ISIS. He wanted the opposite of a response to ISIS so attempted to mask that in terms, that while not unclear some can be seen as unclear to others? An underhanded tactic solely used to illicit a discrediting remark.

Then it goes further than humanitarian aid he straight out ask can I have a freedom fighter come here to speak? Come here to train?

I could talk a patient into an expensive surgery by describing their lesion as "a focal, complex, benign lesion, with increased peripheral vascularity"........ To me that is not worrisome. To someone who doesn't pick out the term "benign", it sounds like something they would want out of their body.

I can't remember where I saw the chart but they had a chart showing where pro-ISIS tweets are coming from, the UK and US where pretty high up there on the chart.

I'd actually be interested in seeing this. I can see the UK but I just can't see it coming from American. Not after the started killing Americans. I love google, I just did a quick search it was a Brookings Institute study, here's the report. Notice on the chart page 14 the US is listed as 4th most claimed location on the accounts in the study.

I know plenty of people that are ignorant to what is going on in the world. And some of them are college graduates with good jobs.
