Underneath the robes and veils, the men put on makeup, wore dresses and some even wore women's bras; Others put on makeup but chose not to shave their facial hair.

Was watching Anthony Bordaine last night. Was in Russia and they talked about a Czar who did the same thing when the peasants rose up and attacked the Ice Palace I think it's called? Found that interesting.
