As of today, rank the top 5 positions of need iyo

Mine

1. FS

2. RB

3. MLB

4. LEO (edge pass rusher)

5. FB
FS

LEO

OTTO

RB

LT

FS - Until we see someone step up here this will be the most obvious need.

LEO - Second biggest need IMO. Clemons is old and pass rushers are important.

LB - Still some question marks outside of Smith.

Special Teams - Too many issues last year that this has to be addressed.

RB - I don't think this a huge concern but we should add one from the draft.

Just kidding.

It's hard to say exactly because I'm not sure how the new guys are going to pan out but I'll try:

FS

MLB

RB

DE

WR

1. FS -  Not even close. Must draft someone in round 2 or 3 even if they aren't BAP unless they have plans to move Gratz or Colvin.

2. OTTO

3. LEO

4. Running Back

5. Another interior lineman

FS

LEO

LB Depth

NT

OL Depth

Top 5

FS

LEO

MLB

RB

WR

Others

C

line depth

Lb depth
FS

RB

LEO

QB - backup (Henne) *shudders*

LT
- LEO (Hardy would be perfect)

- RB (trade back into 1st for Gurley)

- WR (signing Hardy would allow the Jags to draft White*)

- OTTO

- C (need a physically stronger center imo)

Didn't list FS because the position is weak in both FA and the draft

Didn't list FB because that position should be easy to fill

* I prefer White over Cooper because I like the more physical receivers if they can also run
1.)FS

2.)C

3.)DE

4.)RB

5.)LB

FS, LEO, RB, LB, ST

Am I the only one who stills wants another offensive lineman? Every year they think they're set and every year it falls apart.. I don't think this year is any different.

Maybe.  Depends on if Beadles can do better under Marrone/Olson, whether Bowanko and Joeckel progress  - and if Parnell is the real deal.

At the very least - they need some interior depth - and likely a plan B for whichever of the above "ifs" doesn't pan out.
Am I the only one that likes Poz? He's not the best, but it's clearly not a top 5 need to replace him yet IMO.

FS

LEO

OTTO

RB

FS, LEO, OTTO, RB, and ST

My Opie:

1a. LEO

1b. FS

3. RB

4. OL

5. MLB

1. FS

2. LT - I say this because of Joeckel's poor play last year. If he has another year like the last this spot jumps to number 1.

3. Center - I think Bowanko survived last year. Right now, all I see is a career backup center.

4. MLB - POZ is slow and can't cover. This position needs a huge upgrade.

5. RB - I love DR, but he needs to prove he can handle the load.
