(@ryanohalloran) - #Jaguars represented today at the ol' alma mater's Pro Day (K-State). Tyler Lockett would be a good mid-round option.

Thoughts?
I agree. Would be a very good 4th or 5th receiver as well as providing a good boost in PR and KR.

Yes. Like him alot. One of those players that stood out every time you watched his team play.

Would love this. I see a faster Edelman in him maybe not as fiesty though
In the 4th sure...

Yes yes yes yes yes. He's an excellent talent with superb route running skills. I really hope we consider him in the 3nd. He's higher on my big board (40-50 range) but given the names that could jump him on potential alone (DGB, Coates, Greene) I think he actually slides into the early 3rd mix.

Oh man I love him. A real play maker to say the least.

Is he another Ace though?

Meaning what?

If you're referring to his size. He's closer to Antonio Brown than Ace Sanders. And faster than both
Lockett or Dorsett
Lockett or Dorsett. Need that T.Y. Hilton for Blake
K-State was deceiving this year.  Very under the radar.

That said, Lockett was elite and definitely stood out on that team.

I think his brother or dad was in the NFL as well so the pedigree is there.

His dad actually played for us.

Yeah. His family is a K-State dynasty. And there are more on the way.
Sorry, don't want another 5'8" receiver.

As soon as he loses even half a step (which is likely), he will become pretty much useless.. like Ace and Mike Thomas

Good thing Lockett is 5'10".
Pretty much exactly what we're looking for, a 4th WR that can be a real factor as a returner on special teams.

Don't know if he'll fall to the 3rd round though.

Lockett is soooooooo much better than Ace. I like him more than Marqise even. Would be the perfect slot man. Which is good timing since Dave just said this:

<p class="" style="color:rgb(41,47,51);font-family:Arial, sans-serif;">Caldwell said "ideal' to add a slot receiver, "if it's the right person."

You and your crazy facts.
