Now they risk the chance of playing against Kaepernick every year.
Report: 49ers put Colin Kaepernick on trading block, per @JaysonBraddock — GM Trent Baalke calls report “ridiculous” http://t.co/WjQ8iyVS0r

Apparently not
Twitter is going to topple an entire government body one of these days.

It is quite literally rampant rumors incarnate.

These guys trip over each other to tweet some garbage so they can be the first to claim it is true.

That Robinson fellow from Yahoo in one day posted the Raiders could be the favorites to land Cobb and that the Raiders will not pursue Cobb.
All I know is CK is the reason why the 49ers didnt sign a coach outside of their organization. That team is a sinking ship with CK at the helm. He was a fad. You dont sign a fad to a big contract like that. Watch as the HC position in San Fran becomes a revolving door. CK is not a real QB.

RGIII is way better but has no chance in that horrid system in Washington.

Fascinating, isn't it !
How long until everyone says the Eagles should trade for him??

I guess it's a sign that the old adage of "it's good to be first, it's better to be right" is kind of an outdated philosophy nowadays.
Great news for the Jags IMO. Makes the #3 spot more valuable and may put SF/Philly in a bidding war for the spot.

Jags in trade talks with Green Bay. Bortles and Ace Sanders for Rodgers and some white kid WR....Nelson.

Per twitter. It's twoo it's twoo.
even with this being some poor rumor, the 9ers are still pointing down. I believe shipping CK off would actually help in the long run...

Niners NOT trading Kap  - GM says report "ridiculous" :

exactly.

That's not true. The 49ers were set to hire Adam Gase until he refused to retain Jim Tomsula. So the only way to keep Tomsula was promote him.

I know wha tthe news report says.

Why do you think Gase turned down the job? This is what you have.....

"Look, we want to hire you here to be the niners head coach. We have a storied franchise with winning expectations. We have a young, mobile, strong, QB tweener. He needs some work but he is a good player........To sum it up, we want to win, and we want to win with CK."

Who the hell wants to go into that situation? Who wants to play in that situation? i.e. Willis, Smith, etc.

Adam Gase did not turn down the job. He was ruled out as a candidate for refusing to retain Jim Tomsula. Obviously you don't know what the news report says.

If Gase simply did not want the job, he would not have interviewed for it. And at the time, nobody expected Patrick Willis or Justin Smith to retire.

your argument doesn't have any basis. Just speculation.
