Jags can still come out a major winner in free agency if they land Thomas and at least one of the other big names linked to them. Of course, McCourty would be the number 1 target and I hope they offer him a deal he can't refuse. If not him, I'd settle for Bulaga due to the need at right tackle. Once things settle down and the market is more reasonable, I'd like to see them go after guys like Hughes/Sheard, Worlds/Orakpo, Wisniewski, an alternative safety like Moore and a 2nd tier receiver. If they land 2 or 3 of these guys at reasonable prices in addition to the 2 higher priced guys I'd be ecstatic. They could then use the draft to meet their other needs.

Wow that is too much of a risk.  $60 million guaranteed for a DT even of his caliber is insane.

You overpay for everything in FA.  Can understand why we didn't tie up so much in only one player, with so many needs.

 

Would have loved to see him in teal, but doesn't seem like it was ever viable.
