After the Ingram signing(tremendous surprise) I estimate them to be about 18 million over the cap. If you really want to see who may be available watch this team.
Junior Galette is being shopped around for sure per NFL Network. A lot of their core players are getting up there in the years. They also must have 6 million to sign their rookies.
Again watch this team before Tuesday at 4:00pm

There's one of two outcomes. Either the Saints are going to release some high priced players or they are going to have an even greater salary cap hole to deal with in the future. My guess is it will be the former, to at least some extent.

What I find interesting here is the Saints did not exercise Ingram's fifth year option last year.
It seemed it took until his 4th season for Mark Ingram to look even close like the RB the Saints envisioned when they drafted him. Based on his play the first 3 seasons, it made sense not to exercise the 5th year option.
Did any details of Colston's restructure come out yet?

I just checked and didn't see anything regarding the details. If I see something about the details in the next few days, I'll gladly post it in this thread if someone else didn't by that time.

I didn't think they were out either, but that may have a significant impact on their cap since he was making nearly $10 million.

Considering that there are many viable WR options headed for the open market, I'm of the opinion the Saints had more leverage in the contract adjustment negotiations than Marques Colston. For that reason, I'm anticipating that his base salary was reduced substantially.
What is everyone's opinion of Galette?

Yes D6 I think they will find someway to kick the can down the road for another year. They also are in the top 10 teams needing to spend money per NFL rules. Really weird!

$9.7 million to be exact, which was high enough for him to need a pay cut.
