Nobody is talking about it and all the talking heads are assuming he wants to go to Oakland. Why not a return to Jax? Fans loved him and he seemed to enjoy it here. He will cost half of what Suh will and is a productive player. Plus Oakland has been dysfunctional from top to bottom for years. I don't predict he comes back, but we have a very different situation than the one he left. It'd be nice to have another productive player play most of his career as a Jag. Plus he is just a great dude (that incident was an anomaly).
I would love to have Knighton back. Marks has been the closet thing to him since Terrance left. Imagine Marks and Knighton on the field at the same time. The interior offensive line wouldn't know what to do.
I wasn't too impressed with Knighton in his final year here, not sure I'd like him back.
Hell naw.

Next!
He still can't control his weight which is why we walked away from him in the first place.
He doesn't have the stamina to be someone you can rely on even as part of a rotation. That's why Denver walked away.
No thanks.
I'm not in favor of signing a free agent just for the heck of it. Free agency should be used to fill holes, and the only reason you should sign a player who doesn't fill a need would be if they were a true, rare, difference-maker like Suh.
Stocking your team by signing free agents is a bad plan because you wind up with a team of old, expensive players.
Terrence Knighton doesn't fill a need and he isn't a great player. Plus, he'll be 29 when the season starts.
His weight is still an issue. 6 years in the league you would think by now he knows how to take care of himself. I think I'll pass as well.
I love Knighton and think letting him go was a mistake. But today as we sit right now, if it's Suh or Knighton does anyone really questions which way to go?
Six years later, he's still fighting weight issues. If he could get those under control, he's got the ability to be a very good tackle, but he's shown little interest in controlling his waistline.
Wouldn't shock me to see him retained in Denver as a nose tackle in the new 3-4 defense if he can't land in Oakland.
I really do like him but I just cant see him returning to us any way possible to be honest.
I don't think it's gonna happen. Too many other holes.
Yes, Caldwell can redeem himself for his mistake be a big upgrade over miller
Del rio will bring him to Oakland no question

Knighton and Suh would be a wreckage there but I think Suh ends up in Florida because no income tax and in Oakland its like 13 percent thats too much. He would probably pick Miami over Jacksonville but IDK how the dolphins can spend that much money on Suh.
Look, I think I'd bet my entire life savings that Knighton doesn't sign here;; all $52.75 of it.
I really don't understand the love for Knighton. He showed a ton of promise as a young guy with the Jags, but never panned out. He flashed a few times in Denver and people made it seem like he was dominant (I'm looking at you, J Dub).
At this point, I don't think Knighton is anything more than a space eater and average/occasionally above average run stopper.

If he was just a space eater he'd still be on a roster.
