I have become fairly convinced that we will take the 1st RB off the board. Last year we took our QB. The year before, we got our LT. The year prior to that, we took our #1receiver, albeit him a Genie wish (who is finally going to rejoin the team. YES!)
This year, not only do we trade back.. We draft our reliable RB as well. In the 1st round.
The Man, Melvin Gordon. Melvin Gordan the Man~ MGM
OR we could not do that, and get a running back later
and one with a cooler name
Why would we draft like the 4th best RB this year in the 1st round =(
Oh. Umm, which rb is a better prospect than the next Barry Sanders Charles?

lol
Uhh, yes! He's quite shifty.
I would like to note that I think if the brass decide to address the position later in the draft, really like that kid David Johnson
So by figured it out you mean no clue
There is a ZERO% chance they take a RB at #3.
There is a ZERO% chance they take a RB with their 1st pick if they do make a trade and move down.
Serviceable RBs can be found in later rounds.

Yes, that's what he means.
i'd build my line then draft Ameer Abdulah in the 2nd rd.
Duke Johnson in the 3rd or just pick up another RB in one of the later rounds. There is no reason to pick up a RB any sooner than the 3rd round and even that is probably too high.
No way do the Jags go RB when their is such a need for a pass-rushing DE.

I agree with the first two sentences. But as for "serviceable..." we don't need serviceable. We already have that. We need elite. Depending on free agency, we might take one in the 2nd round.
The next Barry Sanders?
Don't drink and post.
Depends on what they are able to accomplish in free agency. I think there are more critical needs to address before upgrading the RBs, and RBs can be found later in the draft.
I guess I could see the Jags pulling the trigger on Todd Gurley at Pick 20, but I don't think that trade will fall to the Jags. More than likely the Titans will draft Marcus Mariota and either keep him or trade him on their terms. The time between Pick 2 and Pick 20 is plenty of time for the Eagles to make a decision on whether they want to sell the farm or not for Marcus Mariota.

I thought Barry Sanders Jr. was the next Barry Sanders.
I'd be fine with Gurley in the 2nd even though I'd prefer we wait on a rb. But yeah, no way we take one in the 1st
I'd be fine with it if we were trading with Philly and went back to 20 and got a king's ransom along with it.

Hopefully, he can reverse the trend of Wisconsin RBs being busts in the NFL
