My wish list based on these two teams would be:

C Stefen Wisniewski

DE Jerry Hughes

RB CJ Spiller

In that order
I am not sure recent assistant coach hirings will result in an influx and Raiders and Bills players. Talent is a lot more important than who coached them last. No Bears players followed Bob Babich to Jacksonville two years ago.

I don't think Spiller will be back with the Bills. I do think he'll land with the Jets as Chan Gailey is their OC and he liked playing in Gailey's system. He's a great player and it would be nice to see him sign with the Jags instead of the Jets so the Bills wouldn't have to face him twice a year.

I would be very surprised to see Hughes play for or on a team with Marrone ever again. There was a little bad blood between Marrone and Hughes during last summer's training camp. You never know though, as money has a way of changing people's minds.

Geno Hayes says hello.

Oh that's where he was from? I thought I watched enough Bears games to know who all three linebackers were.
My list:

Raiders:

Stefen Wisniewski - C - May take 7 Mil/Yr Contract, but he may be worth that contract

(He will not be Franchised)

Bills:

Jerry Hughes - DE - May take 12 Mil/Yr and definitely would be worth it. (Marrone is not the Coach, Bradley is the Coach)

DaNorris Searcy - FS - May take 5 Mil/Yr

Neither will be tagged.

Stigma, what do you think "assistant head coach" means? That tells me he is more than an offensive line coach.

So JT Thomas dosent count either? Do you eve make sure what your saying is correct before posting?

For some reason I thought we drafted him.
Wisniewski and Hughes would both definitely be very nice additions. Add a talented, young yet veteran center to help sure up the line a little. Also, add the consistent dominant pass rusher that the other team would have to identify on every play. Hughes would be really awesome if we could land Williams in the draft because you add those two to the current d-line and everybody watch out.

I do like Da'Norris Searcy, but like so many others, I would prefer McCourty. Searcy is a decent back up option. Beyond those 3 players, it doesn't really seem like either team has that great of options.

DE Hughes

OC Wisniewski

RB Spiller

FS Searcy

Only 4 I would have interest, in this order.

Could there be two worse rosters to chose from?

You've read JDub's work, what do you think?

There are a lot of players who follow around certain coaches because they love playing in their system... Owen Daniels seems to follow Kubiak as one example.

Not to mention Clemons and Bryant followed Gus here.

Jets and Titans?

Possibly...

Texans and Bucs?

Defensively, Buffalo was legit in 2014. It was their offense (QB) that was garbage. Pilfering playmakers from that defense doesn't seem like a bad idea to me.

Our offense was terrible. It was hands down the worst I've seen in my 25+ years of being a Bills fan (and we've had some atrocious ones in that time). EJ does deserve a lot of the blame, but the coaches deserve their share of the blame also.

Also, I just don't see many players being lured to Jacksonville because of Marrone being there. It's clear now from the various player comments, he isn't well liked or respected by them. Hackett was better liked though.

Why do you want a Center? our center was the second best lineman we had this year as a rookiee now he will be getting top notch coaching. he could turn into a top center for the next 10 years. i would try and get a rt or te before a center.

ppl say out o line was turrible(and it was) but the experience level was not at NFL standards. and wanting to replace them with new rookiees and old FAs is not how you establish a good line. Experience by playing together make the line better. with 4 of the 5 lineman having less then 2 yrs experience having them grow and learn together will make them a very good line. if you keep replacing parts that dont get a chance to grow and learn you will become the brownies.

For starters its highly doubtful Stefen Wisniewski will even make it to FA. He's only 25 and has played at an above average level for the majority of his career. The Raiders, just like the Jags, have gobs of money to keep their own players if they so desire. Now with that said he would represent an immediate upgrade at one of the most important positions on the line. He would bring much needed experience in an Greg Olson ran offense and experience with calling protections, which IMO was the O-line's greatest issue. Bowanko could then be allowed to return to the bench and add quality depth backing up both Guard positions, possibly RT, and the Center position. He could eventually replace Beadles down the line as well. A veteran Center would be a welcome sight to a young QB and O-Line.
You guys all forgot about Maurice Jones-Drew. Tongue
