Or Green Bay plays defense and forces a punt. Those guys are collecting checks too. And it's not "sudden death" anymore. Force a FG and get the ball back.

you could clearly see rodgers was injured. the loss isnt on him at all. he did what he could.

The outcome, and the total shell-shock that the Packers experienced today, shows us all that money is not the most important thing in the NFL. I'm sure that Aaron Rodgers would rather be bankrupt and have a 2nd SB appearance, than have $130 million and nothing to show for it like right now.

I'm pretty sure Rodgers -- and everyone else in the word with an ounce of sanity -- would rather have $130 millions than to have a second SB ring and be broke.

I respect the Seahawks, but those players have to be some of the most annoying I have ever seen when it comes to winning big games. 

From an NFL fan standpoint,  this game turned out to be a classic.   For most of the game,  it felt like the Packers were the better team.   But it's yet another reminder why there are Special Teams Coordinators on most,  if not all teams,  instead of still calling them Special Teams Coaches.  W/o 2 differential Special Teams in the 2nd half,  the Seahawks season would be a memory at this time.    As resilient as the Seahawks have been in recent seasons,  I'm still in disbelief they ended up winning the game.    This topped their comeback win against the 49ers in last season's NFC Championship game,  which is saying something.  

 

I think Russell Wilson demonstrated why he deserves to be paid like an elite QB.   When the chips are on the table in big spots,  Wilson's track record has been tremendous.   This season,  Wilson didn't have close to what most would consider a # 1 WR.    That almost cost the Seahawks the game today based on what transpired in the first half.    But to the credit of Doug Baldwin and Jermaine Kearse,  they made huge plays when the game was hanging in the balance.   Of course it helps to have a differential RB.   But IMO,  Wilson is the Seahawks Offensive MVP.   Stats don't even come close to telling how valuable he is for that team.

RW is definitely under appreciated. I would have cried tears of joy if he was a jaguar.

If the Patriots get stopped at the 1 yard line on 3rd and goal, I guarantee you that Bellichick is going to go for it. Bellichick is probably the only coach in the league right now (aside from Gus Bradley) that knows Pete inside and out. McCarthy's conservatism early on is what ultimately cost them the game (and maybe a Super Bowl victory).
