Well my grandson said something to the effect "Trump is in the news again?  Why is it all Trump"".  This is from an 8 year old kid.  He hasn't been taught that Donald Trump is The President of the United States.

This. People need to stop thinking the schools are going to teach kids a lot of what they should be learning at home first. I didn't grow up in a home where politics was discussed and back in the 80's we saw whatever the Big Three put up as news but it was enough to educate me until I started learning in school. But things back then were much simpler.

I have 5 year olds at my school that know he won but your 8 year old grandson doesn't know?

Anybody know if the teacher hit the poster?

Consider the toxic gene pool. Just like his mommy who spends her days posting here, he is a victim of being programmed by Communists. They have done a real number on his mommy, indy2jax.

Agreed, but the OP presented this as an example of someone teaching this in the daily curriculum and indicative of a widespread problem, when it was actually an isolated case of one whack job being stupid.

That's as much a failure of his parents as it is his teachers.

I actually told him to go ask his mother about it.  His mother explained to him that he is the new President of the United States and is an important person.
