HAHAHA

Good thing the only one that has to deal with that is yourself! :Woot:
You don't have to worry about Winston coming to this division.  I'm calling it now -- he'll go to the NFC South with the first overall pick.

I know Winston is not a popular guy on this board or any other team's message forum, but you have to be completely bias to not see him as a top QB (and maybe overall) prospect.  Todd McShay actually wrote an article on ESPN in which he thinks Mariota -- surprise, surprise -- is more of a "risk" than Winston, even with his off-the-field issues.  Mel Kiper, while he didn't directly said so, believes Winston "should be the best overall player" in the upcoming draft in an ESPN interview.  We all know those two are often wrong on a prospect's future just as they are right, but they at least acknowledge Winston's skill as a QB and an NFL prospect.

Tenn won't pass on Winston, but they won't have the chance to draft him, either.
Afraid he will end up like a Manziel, a troublemaker off the field and a disruption on it due to that.

Todd McShay and Mel Kiper are not the guys you should listen to.

What does Mike Mayock say about Jameis Winston and Marcus Mariota?
Quote:How can you feel bad for Carolina? The Panthers won a playoff game. Most people thought they would miss the playoffs.
your reading comprehension needs some polishing

i sense a wager...
I'm on the fence with Winston.  He need to work on his feet and has an odd throwing motion.  The most successful QB's are consistent.  Highlight throws are great, but for every Favre you get 10-15 Jamarcus Russells.  From everything we hear though he has a strong work ethic and ultra competitive.  He brings out the best in his team even when he is on the sidelines.  He will need to mature.

Why don't you just answer the question instead of tell me what I already know?

Mayock will eventually rank Winston as the #1 QB. Although he shouldn't be the guy fans should listen to in reference to projecting NFL success. As far as QB is concerned, he once claimed Jimmy Clausen as a top 10 player, Gabbert as the best QB in 2011, and just last year he ranked Manziel as the #1 QB.

Yikes, double yikes and triple yikes.

At the end he picked the Cowboys to pick Manziel at #16, which they almost did and regretted not doing.

And why is it you think Mayock has a better prediction on the future of a player? Mayock loved Blaine Gabbert and Tyson Alualu coming out, in fact he thought the draft picks were stellar. You should take a look at his track record and maybe you'll see that he's not the guru you are propping him up to be.

In fact, I think it's pretty messed up that you have the stones to tell anyone who they should or should not listen to. You're not exactly the poster child for football knowledge around here.

Got any proof they regret not drafting him, or is this something you're pulling out of your butt, just like 90% of the other things you spew as fact on here?

SMH. Over 19000 posts, not one worth a damn.

Jerry Jones said it himself.

Quote:In a recent eye-opening, in-depth profile by ESPN.com's Don Van Natta Jr., Jones emphasized his ongoing regrets about seeing Manziel in another uniform.
I don't know why I'm wasting my time here, but for starters, that article was from September 2nd. Having seen the meltdown that was the rookie year of Johnny Football, do you really think Jones felt that way at the end of the year, especially with Zach Martin being a standout rookie Olineman?

Secondly, you say the Cowboys regretted not taking Manziel, when Jerry Jones was the only one who admitted to wanting him.

From the very same article that you're trying to push your agenda with: "Well, there was a little tongue in cheek with it, but I'm still mad at (Stephen)," Jones said late last week, via the team's official website. "I think I'm proud of that decision to pass on him (Manziel) right now, and I'm proud I was a good listener."

Try again, JDub.
As I've said in another thread, Jerry Jones is no idiot. He NEVER wanted Manziel. It's just Jerry being Jerry. He knows how to generate attention -- and will do so whenever possible -- for the Dallas Cowboys.

He's the Donald Trump of the football world.

Why would scouts/GMs have to worry about a lawsuit against FSU?
