Great, let him go. He stank up indy when he was there. We only had him one year and, while there isn't much to judge him on, there isn't much to get excited about either. His job is basically targeting free agents. And we were so so in that department his only year here.

I'm just glad that we have people in our organization that other teams want to hire!!!

This is the only logical statement, from the outside looking in.

I pray he gets the job. Caldwell is very good at hiring in my opinion but hiring his friend was a mistake. We will end up with someone better in the role.

So tell us, genius - although you wouldn't know Chris Polian if he ran into you - what are his specific weaknesses and who do you see as better qualified to replace him?
