Yep, the Lions weren't even supposed to be in this game.

So Stafford is now 0-18 vs winning teams on the road.

Really. In this year of sharing the same oxygen as a receiver draws a flag how do you pick up that flag? Defender was all over the receiver and not even attempting to play the ball and they pick up the flag? SMH...

What a disgusting display of reffing that 4th quarter. Really makes you question the integrity of the NFL.
I think the entire nation outside Dallas became Packer fans next week. I hope they wipe the floor with them.

It's all about giving the Lions the high, hard one and keeping Dallas in the playoffs.

that call really was PI on the reciever... he pushed off on the LB
01-04-2015, 09:02 PM
The refs were terrible all game. No arguing that, but man, that picked up flag was shady. And Dez running on the field to argue the call? If golden tate did it on the other side, it would've been unsportsmanlike conduct

I definitely didn't see a push off. That was the definition of face guarding the receiver.

Yeah, the face guard was there... But right before that, the receiver pushed off on the LB. That's been called pretty hard core PI on the offensive player all season long... To me the entire play is a wash. Could have gone either way, I thought...

Not to mention the no call when 77 was being clearly held on that last Romo TD.
Anybody defending what just happened clearly has an agenda.

It's right there on the gif from that website... The reciever has his arm completely outstretched to keep the LB at distance before the ball gets there...

That should've been a first down for the Lions.

We clearly see 2 different things. The original call was PI. What made them change it?

LOL, There's no doubt it was shady that they didn't explain the reason why the picked up the flag. No doubt

If you are going to let video boards or Chris Christie assist you in changing a call, it needs to apply to everybody.

LOL, Chris Christie... Clearly he had something nefarious to do with it!!! That guy is the ultimate phony baloney!
With that said, I really thought that the call could have gone both ways. The receiver was pushing off...
I've seen it every week in the regular season that WRs doing less would have been called for pass interference. So I didn't have a problem with the non-call... I don't think detroit was robbed.
To be honest, if dallas were stuck with that call, there could be a case made that they got totally hosed this entire game...
