The AFC playoffs kick off with the #6 Ravens and #3 Steelers at 8:15 ET on NBC in Pittsburgh. Depending on who wins the winner will go to either Denver or New England for the divisional round next weekend.

This wild card game is a regular season rematch. As AFC North rivals, Pittsburgh and Baltimore split the series in 2014. It probably will look similar to those two games - very physical and not high-scoring.

Two former Jaguars will play in this one, both starters for the Ravens: running back Justin Forsett and linebacker Daryl Smith. Left tackle Eugene Monroe is out with an injury.

GO STEELERS!

PLEASE START, this Panther Cards game is the worst playoff game I've ever seen.

I still have no idea why Leveon Bell was never suspended. Didn't he confess to smoking weed and driving with Blount? His absence with Haloti's return makes Baltimore the favorite tonight
lol. Three previous Jags mentioned followed by go Steelers? You never cease to amaze
I think Big Ben rises, and beats the Ravens.  He's looked really good this year.  I honestly don't think it matters who wins.  It's going to be Broncos/Patriots in the AFC Championship. The fact that Brady and Bellichick never lose at home, I see the Pats going to the Super Bowl.

I always hated Baltimore and wish those Jaguars played somewhere else.

THIS….

should be a good one.

I don't know anything about Bell smoking weed, but it makes no difference on the field because he is out with a knee injury.

Almost cost me my fantasy season

Much better than the first game, obviously. Both teams finished the season with winning records and have healthy starting quarterbacks. It is must-see TV for people who like hard hitting and Ben Roethliserger getting beat up.
Less than an hour left . . . I hate waiting.

I don't know who I want to root for... I don't think either team can challenge the Patriots. I guess the Steelers, with a healthy Leveon Bell, could compete with the Patriots.

I think the Steelers would go to Denver.
Denver doesn't stand a chance against New England.

First things first, let's see who Denver's first playoff opponent will be. If Pittsburgh loses, the Broncos get the Bengals or Colts.

For right now I am only worrying about the Ravens and Steelers.

This.  Peyton cannot handle Foxborough.

Can we please wait until after Denver wins a playoff game to talk about that in a game day thread? This is about the Ravens and Steelers.

Steelers win a close one.  Book it.
I have the Steelers winning this game, but La'Veon being out makes me real nervous about the pick. They picked up Ben Tate, though, and he's no slouch. If Tate gets into a groove, he can carry the load and make some big plays.

This matchup is always close so I agree with that.
