Guy Gets Through DUI Checkpoint By Hanging This Out His Car Window
 

When it comes to DUI checkpoints, 2013 and 2014 were both years of belligerent Constitutional confrontations.

Could 2015 be the year those confrontations cool off — thanks to plastic bags hanging out of car windows?

I don't think the guy was intoxicated which may have had as much to do with him rolling thru as the bag.... I'd like to see a plastered person pull this one off without a hitch.
