I think that it would be foolish of the Jags not to at least take a look at him. He played a major role in the development of Brady, along with helping establish the Pats dynasty.

I would be happy with Weis, is game is much more suited for pro than college.  My top 3

1. Trestman

2. Weis

3. Roman

Good god no. He is probably the worst coach in the country.
He would give us a decisive schematic advantage.

You're reflecting merely on his ability as HC and not as OC. A lot of football fans have the misconception that just because someone was a bad HC, than therefor, they're a terrible coach overall. Josh McDaniels was a terrible HC out in Denver, and even had the guts to sign Tebow. Now that he's back in New England, he's once again transformed the Patriots offense. And has them on the cusp of another SB. I would also love it if we dumped Babich and signed Rex Ryan, but I know that Gus isn't that ballsy.

You also have to consider that Weis's experience with Bellichick and Brady might help us in our game against the Pats in Foxborough.

The Jags would do well getting Weis as the OC. the guy may be a [BAD WORD REMOVED] by all accounts, but he can run an offense.

He is not a great head coach. He is a poor head coach. But dang, he can run an offense. He was instrumental in establishing Brady as an NFL caliber QB, and even Matt Cassel to an extent. Look at the Chiefs 2010 season, when he was their OC. It was his best year ever. 3600+yards, 27 TD's to only 7 ints and a 93.0 rating.

Blake Bortles has the ability to do well in the league. Its not too late for him to develop into a decent starter, and Weis could help with that development. If Bortles puts in the work, I believe the Jags would see a tangible increase in his on-field performance in 2015 under the tutelage of Charlie Weis.

No I M not reflecting only on his ability as a head coach. The players can't stand him. He sucked as an o coordinator at Florida. He wasnt all that great of one with the Chiefs.

Brady made his career. That is pretty obvious. There is zero chance he is the new o coordinator.
