Yeah, I agree that Caldwell is doing a good job of supplying the talent, but I'm not sure the coaches are getting everything they can out of these guys. Gus seems to be a good motivator, but as the saying goes, when you have lemons make lemonade. These guys aren't making lemonade, they're squirting us and themselves in the eye with the lemons. Thanks to Gene "Genius" Smith, this roster was so devoid of talent that it's no wonder that we are setting rookie records. I don't think expansion team rosters are this bad. It will take time to develop. I just hope we have the right staff to develop it. At some point we need to starting pointing to the Win-Loss columns. That's what these guys are judged by at the end of the day. I'm sure Bradley's seat is preheating as we speak.
