We probably will, they can make verbal agreements and usually thats when it gets out but they cant sign the contract till the 10th

We know there is a high probability our first signee will be Julius Thomas, who also has been linked to the Raiders. Chances are much lower for Randall Cobb because he wants to stay in Green Bay.
