To me I would list the strengths of the team as Defensive Line - Good Depth, ProBowl alternate in Marks (injured) and if the team drafts DT Leo Williams even better.
LBs - Telvin Smith is learning fast and is extremely athletic, Poz is a beast, JT Thomas addds good depth and can play OTTO. Geno Hayes good depth, and the team might draft or add a FA to boot.
WRs- Young with the exception of Cecil Shorts III, tons of potential and improving towards the end of the year if they can remain healthy.

Biggest weakness
FS - Josh Evans had improved towards the end of the season but the position was the biggest weakness on the team and has been for years. CB is suspect too, Ball was the best of the worst and was injured and likely wont even be resigned but he was a scrub pickup at best. The team has probably overhyped this position and the young CBs the most out of any other position besides QB with Blake. Aaron Colvin shows great potential though he missed almost the entire season with injury.
OLine - was so bad it was hard to watch all year. Luke Joeckel has been a failure.
