In other words, you should say the pass rusher is credit for sacking Blake Bortles, not an offensive lineman was credited for allowing the sack. Credit is a positive term. You get credits in college. You get a credit if money is depositied in your bank account. You don't get credit for a failing grade or withdrawal.
