i don't think anyone expects him to be back. Cutting him is pointless. He's under contract for one more game.

It seems like the coaches have been trying to force feed him the ball the past 2 weeks. Most likely in effort to get a final evaluation of him headed into the offseason. Needless to say he hasn't done anything whatsoever. He's a goner.
