He should break out. His best game so far was against the Titans already. And that was before he cleaned up his decision making.

Writing is on the wall for Bortles to have his best game. He's been improving and hasn't turned the ball over and now he's going against a defense that let Fitzpatrick break team records in passing. Granted our WRs aren't Andre Johnson and DeAndre Hopkins, so maybe not a huge day, but I'll say 250 yards, 2 TDs, no turn overs, 70% accuracy.
If Bortles plays I don't think he throws any INTs.
I also think the Jaguars will win,and probably score a defensive TD.
