I don't remember the exact data off the top of my head, but they only have one physical pipeline out of the country that goes into China. They also have a few up-links to a satellite. Also, they only have a block of 1024 ip addresses.
Most of their "internet" is restricted within the country with outside access limited to government and visitors.
