If we're talking about "Dream" wishlist...

FS Devin McCourty

TE Julius Thomas

LB/LEO Justin Houston

If we're talking about an impossible dream wish list:

1. Chucky

New OC

Protien Shakes for the O-line

Cheaper Beer

oh yeah, forgot about new OC.

I don't care about the names, I just want a winning team.

Well, I assume we'll have a team social after the season where we can get participation trophies.

In all seriousness, I would want a mean offensive lineman that doesn't take no crap from anyone, a play-making safety, and a TE who doesn't have hands of stone.

1. Chucky
He hasn't been relevant on the field in how long?  No thanks.
Wish List

Free agency:

Leo: JPP or Avril

LB: KJ Wright, Houston, McPhee (any one of the 3)

FS: McCourty

TE: Thomas and another TE

OL: RT and G or C

Draft:

Gregory (Williams if we sign a LEO)

MLB

FS

OL

TE

DT

OL

in this order

1. A focused sober Justin Blackmon hell-bent on tearing this league up.

2. FS Devin McCourty

3. TE Julius Thomas

4. LEO Justin Houston

5. OLB K.J. Wright

6. DT Nick Fairley

Draft

1. LEO/edge player Shane Ray- I think he'll be better than Gregory and Leonard Williams

2. ILB Erick Kendricks- The best inside linebacker in this years draft, a true gamechanger at the position.

3. RB Tevin Coleman- A true homerun hitter from anywhere on the field, could be a foundation back.

Walterfootball actually has a pretty decent 3 round for us.

Leonard Williams DE/DT USC in round 1

Collins G/RT LSU in round 2

and Nick OLeary TE FSU in round 3

If we could couple the first 3 rounds of that with some depth picks at LB, WR, and both lines later in the draft

and then hit a free agency kinda like

McCourty FS

Charles Clay TE

Byron Maxwell CB

Mason Foster MLB

That would be a stellar offseason, imo.

Not in football shape? lol

So you'd rather stick with hiring the proven failures (Mularkey) and unproven assistants (Bradley), rather than hire a guy who was a Superbowl winning NFL head coach (not to mention taking bad Bucs teams to three winning seasons in his last four years)? Let's just stick to the tried and true, the Jags nightmare method.

Chucky hasn't been out of coaching nearly as long as (say) Dick Vermiel was before he took the Rams to a Superbowl victory. Even Joe Gibbs managed two winning seasons out of four after being out of coaching (and anything NFL) for 12 years. Right now a 9-7 season seems like an impossible dream.

Little late to address O-Line IMO.  Round 2 and/or 3 i hope.

Edit: misread response.
We need somebody who can score touchdowns.

No coach in the history of the NFL has won the Superbowl with 2 different teams. Don Shula, Dick Vermeil, Mike Holmgren, and Bill Parcels couldn't do it. Not to say Gruden couldn't do it, but history really isn't on his side.
I think we need a veteran RT this off season. Can't sit around and wait for one who has to go through growing pains as a rookie.
