Why should I vote for the Bills as my least favorite team? I don't care about them.
Can I vote for two least favorites? That category is a tossup between the Cowboys and Ravens.
Pretty cool idea, I have nothing against the Bills, I hate the Cowboys though.
His post implies that the Bills are our favorite team.

If they were, we would all be on the Bills board instead of this one.
Quote:Curious: Why the Ravens?
Because I am from Ohio and know Browns fans who stopped watching NFL games altogether as a result of Art Modell moving the team to Baltimore. Some Browns fans sued the team and the original artist of the winged shield logo sued Modell for copyright infringement. (That is why they have a raven head with the letter B now.)
The Bills are my second favorite team. My least favorite teams are the Ravens, then Cowboys then Browns. I'll never have respect for the browns since the bottle incident.
I saw the same thread title by the same poster on the Titans board.

What you really hate are Browns fans then - and only those who sit in the Dawg Pound. The Browns stopped it by requiring concessioners to serve beer in plastic cups and banning beer sales in the fourth quarter.

I was just talking to one of my reps a bit earlier who is a *puke* Patriots fan and he said the same thing. It's hard to root against Buffalo and for the life of me, I can't figure out why that is...maybe it's the 4 SB appearances in a row with no trophy to show for it? That was a very good team that ran into horrendous a string of bad match ups because, back then, the NFC was just plain better than the AFC by a considerable margin as I remember...

Let's say I overlook the bottle incident.
I still don't like the browns since they returned in 99. They aren't run well, poor drafting poor coaching. And they have an ugly uniform.
The browns should be gone and their history should be part of the ravens, art owned the team, not the city. They should have given a stadium to art and Cleveland would probably be the 2000 SB champs. Because the Ravens were the Browns from top to bottom.
Now the Browns have little respect. This year they had a chance for the playoffs but bench hoyer and score 0 points with Manziel, now they are almost surely done.
The Cleveland Browns fan base has less to complain about than any other fan base that lost it's team to a franchise move to another market. What other fan base got their team back, their history, trademarks, AND colors?
While the Ravens won 2 Super Bowls, that still doesn't change the fact that Indianapolis has the Colts name, history, trademarks, and colors. This despite that Johnny Unitas, John Mackey, Art Donovan, and the vast majority of Baltimore Colts players had nothing to do with Indianapolis. Under the circumstance of what transpired in Cleveland in 1995, the Cleveland Browns fan base is very fortunate. They sure don't act that way!
Would be interesting to see how the rest of North Florida and the panhandle shape up, South Florida is clearly tuna territory, kind of funny that Hillsborough currently is listed as colts.
"vote for the bills and your least favorite team". Uhh, clearly the Bills aren't anyone one here's favorite team, so no.
Bizarre so many people in this thread hate the Ravens. Why? My most hated with always be the titans. ALWAYS. I can't stand the patriots either, but that's only because they're so good for so long.

TitansWoman? Is that you!?

Which was adopted by the rest of the league... Soo, the browns basicly screwed it up for everyone... But I think you are wrong.. Think it was philly thorwing bottles at santa or somthing that got the plastic bottles.... Browns are still a bunch of blow hards from a dump of a town.
Obviously the Jags first, and I've always enjoyed watching the Vikings play. As for the Patriots who a lot of people hate, I really respect Brady and Belichick and I still would have Brady over any QB in history, and probably Belichick over any coach. What that organisation has done over the last decade is incredible. For Brady not to have a losing record against any NFL team in the regular season is ridiculous. Especially given his lack of weapons overall. Plus of course most playoff wins. I would never hate a team simply because they're good and well run.
As for hated teams. I've never like the Broncos or Jets. And for some reason I've recently started to dislike the 49ers. No reason at all why
Quote:This was exactly the point I was trying to make ... thank you.
My pleasure.
One additional thought comes to mind.
Cleveland didn't field an NFL team for 3 seasons.
Baltimore didn't have an NFL team for 12 seasons.
Compared to practically every team that's moved in any North American professional sports league, the Cleveland Browns fans got the most favorable outcome in terms of keeping continuity.
I loathe the broncos. I will be beyond thrilled when they get knocked off again.
