Enough excuses for Jokel, Boselli saying he will be better next year if he gets stronger. Well no duh. Every player will be better if they get stronger. The first pick in the draft is not supposed to be a project. If an offensive left tackle he should be tall,long arms, quick feet and strong already. Boselli was a bit of a freak because he met all the other measurables but really was not that strong. He didn't do well in the bench reps. But he made up for it in pure mean attitude and pride. I don't think Tony was the most naturally skilled but he was an awesome player. The Joe Montana of Left tackles.
Joke has skinny arms and no attitude, he is simply tall with semi decent feet. He is really weak. How was this guy the Number one on anyone's board is beyond me. He reminds me of that guy we drafted...I forget his name but everybody called him "baby boselli", same body style, same weakness(anybody remember?). I think he played about 4 years.
