the nfl is run by idiots really. No one really says much about it because its profitable and all but its really a terrible product and this is just another component. Same guys get hired over and over to coach the same poor prospects that keep getting drafted for skills their predecessors failed with etc etc etc. The entire thing is really just at a standstill.

The recycling of coaches in the NFL is astounding. It's like teams are scared to take a chance on a younger guy because they are afraid of being wrong, but they will give a guy like Olson a shot and continue to be wrong anyway.
I could see Greg being a fine assistant to an O cord but he should never be fully in charge of anything in the NFL.

But seriously, about Olson. It's not like the guy is terrible. The 2015 offense was probably the Jaguar's best since 2007 or even further. But I think he may have designed an offense for a quarterback that didn't exist but was supposed to.
