Why every game this year, does the opposing team make (half time ) adjustments but we don't . Today was obvious, especially on offense ? Secondly , our Offence is being controlled by Mr.Jedd Fisch and mentoring our rookie QB ( who by the way has GREAT potential ) with his past experience level being Minnesota Golden Gophers , 2009-10 QB/OC coach , 2011 Seattle Seahawks QB coach and 2012 - 1 year as University of Miami OC . Commmmm on Mmmaaaaaaaannnnn . We decided to make adjustments and let BB loose with 7 min. left in the 4th Qtr being down by 20 points . We can't expect different results by doing the same thing week after week . Does anybody review coaches resume's ???????????? Please Jedd go back to coaching the Gophers !!!!!!

Because the OC has no idea what a half time adjustment is. They have three or four plays on offense and that's it. Run Denard up the middle, that stupid stretch play with Toby, my personal favorite of throwing the ball three yards short on third down :thumbsup: and that flanker screen that we never execute properly.

This is exactly why the coaching staff needs to be completely overhauled. We are outreached game after game - I don't know if its because they're lazy or stupid, but enough is enough....

While the other team is making adjustments Gus is handing out cookies and milk and tells the team to "compete" and "get better!" Winning isn't important as long as you show character and try your best when there is an opportoony.
