Jedd Fisch has got to go.  One of the worse offensive playcalling jobs I have ever seen.  In saying that, I'm still a fan of Gus.

Mariota is deadly accurate and has great pocket presence and the ability to read the field

Bradley has been getting better, but he is definitely being brought down by his offensive staff. I wonder if he just didn't have many takers for the job of OC, so he took Fisch. I wonder this as Bradley was new to the league in terms of coaching.

We need a new OC, QB Coach, and OL Coach. Then we also need new special teams coach as well as Strength and Conditioning person. But as this is a win now or else world we live in, Bradley won't have time to fix anything before he is gone, unless he finds a miracle.

Bradley is done for as a Jaguar Coach soon.


Maybe we give Brian Schottenheimer a chance. His father was a good coach, and he was River's QB Coach. Brian is currently the OC for the rams, but I assume he has been restricted in play calling due to Fisher. Even then, he does take shots down field.

Brian did interview for the jaguars head coach position in 2013, and I wonder if he would be good.
