What you mock, is one of the problems with CGB. The players have figured him out as a pushover, IMO and have been for a while.

I'd like to make a few points in this topic.

 

I never said the OC must be replaced, I suggested the timeline for change to happen is now, as Gus was running out of time to make changes that take a long time for the effects to show.

 

I also never said anything about a complete overhaul, tweaking as you grow is important.(I am still a strong supporter of both Gus and Dave)

 

Lastly, why on earth is a "administrator" allowed to constantly attempt personal insult's on an NFL approved board, adding nothing more to the conversation ?

This team has no edge whatsoever. How is it that the most positive and motivational coach leads the most uninspiring team in the league? The team is young and improving how many years do we have to listen to that? only 1 win in the first 10 games for 3 years in a row... this crap is just wrong.
