Yeah, Irsay has more wins than Khan simply because of one person on his team. If it weren't for lucking out and getting Peyton Manning Irsay would have wallowed in mediocrity.
Let's not act like Irsay built juggernauts around Peyton Manning. If he actually put elite teams around Manning they would have had many more than one Super Bowl. Manning was elite, that team was average. Irsay is below average as an owner.

There are the great ones... then there are many very good ones. That's where Luck is. Very good, but not great. Never lived up to the billing. He's not close to Peyton. Never will be. Neither will Eli.
