Some of us have been around for quite a while (2002 join date here) and there have been many different layouts along that time. Does anybody have any old screenshots from past layouts? It would be cool for some nostalgia.
Didn't it used to be a black background?
Yeah the most recent background was black and that was like ~1.5 years ago. I wonder what the forum looked liked 4 years ago? 8? 10??
There's a website that gets posted from time to time to look at old websites and layouts etc. I can't remember what it is but it's pretty cool to look back and see what it looked like, and what people were saying way back when.
It was called forum.jaguars.com before jungle. They have that url
going back to 2008. I don't know if it was a different url before 2008 or not.
My god looking at some of these old posts..

I never contemplated the Jaguars drafting Gabbert because I thought he would be gone by the time we picked. Moving up was not even a thought of mine. The fact that both happen still shock me. I never dreamed we would get the number 1 rated QB in a draft.
No wonder he wants Gabbs back!
I remember a lot of people said, "Bring back the black!" when the background color changed to white.
Does anyone remember the five squares that turn yellow when you get a warning? I thought that was cute - yellow for a penalty flag.

Do you remember that in context?
In context, he was correct. Many thought Gabbert was going to be the first QB off the board, and first overall. It wasn't until the night before the draft Adam Schefter leaked that Cam Newton had won over Richardson. None of us thought Gabbert would be available for us when we selected, he was projected by many if not most to be off the board. In fact, we traded up to get him. I believe that was my first draft as a mod, and for the most part... folks were shocked we were able to get Gabbert. No one expected Gabbert to be there, and most had eyes either on another QB or another position entirely. The only ones adamantly against it out of the gate were those who thought Garrard had something left in the tank and wanted to protect him from competition, and the inevitable ouster or quick exit the drafting of a first round QB typically means.
But oh, how history unfolded. We didn't know at the time that he'd continue to drop like a rock even after the draft was over.
