Our Walmart had tore down the Halloween stuff by shortly after 4 pm today and we're getting ready to replace it with Christmas crap.
All about the dollar signs. I'm still celebrating the 4th of July but I always was behind the times.
My Walkman is still cool tho, right? If not I'll throw it out and put new batteries in my boombox.

My Walmart has had their Christmas stuff out for a few weeks already! Shortly after they put out the Halloween stuff!!

I dressed up as a curmudgeonly, middle aged has-been who threw his back out picking up his dog and can't walk on the ball of his right foot after straining the plantar fascia golfing. So - it was just a regular Friday basically.
I also made my GF watch scary movies, so it wasn't a total loss. She literally covers her face with her hands and watches through slightly spread fingers. Cracks me up.

I think this is common misconception. Unless they are wildly famous or successful, most musicians I know stick with the girl that will put up with them.
